Fort Pond

Located in Montauk, NY, this 2,100 square foot, four-bedroom home was built on an undeveloped site once considered unbuildable due to entitlement requirements and regulations. The building envelope was extremely restrictive due to wetlands and topographical requirements. Designed as an upside-down house, it features large porches and decks to capture views of Fort Pond and Gardiners Bay. The design applies a modern and minimalistic aesthetic to the local architectural vernacular, creating a unique and harmonious blend with the surrounding environment.
