The existing cottage on the site was removed, and great care was taken to save as many existing trees as possible when placing the new house. This elegant, classically modern waterfront property is designed to bring the waterfront views into the main living spaces. The centralized kitchen and dining area are flanked by full-height glazing, which not only provides an abundance of natural light but also opens up to seamlessly join the waterside dining space and screened porch with the interior.
